Fairly clean hotel, I loved good location and people. On-site restaurant Maximilian Restaurant was a bonus, had dinner there👌

Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a safe box. There was great poolside restaurant with fine meals.

Everything was good, had a wonderful stay for the price. I liked the superior double room with a refrigerator, balcony. The hotel had a central location and it was an easy walk to Olas Altas Street. The sand beach was beautiful.

Clean place and terrific service. Located in 20 minutes' drive to the airport.

All in all everything was great, but we had very small bathroom. The restaurant was really nice, it had nice dishes.

Location and rooms are very good, I loved it. Cold dishes can be found in the poolside restaurant. Great place for exploring Puerto Vallarta.

The staff were funny, the breakfast was astonishing and everything was perfect. The bedroom was bright, fashionable and air-conditioned. I loved that the swim-up bar was tidy. Historic location - close to old vallarta. The pool was amazing and there were parasols and a hot tub...

came here for honeymoon, recommendable. restful staff and a not expensive breakfast including a wide array of milk, hot waffles, fresh fruit, fresh bread and eggs. delightful rooms and very clean beds. you could walk to the shops and local stores. clean pool and sand beach.

The complimentary full breakfast, the delightful employees. We loved comfy furniture in our exquisite room. Good beach was located near the venue. The pool was good and they provided a hot tub and parasols.

It has riverside location, however the area is not nice. It's a short walk to joe jack's fish shack, where you can eat something. Friendly check-in, CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS staff.

the room was fine and had a florescent lighting. the breakfast was plentiful, it offered eggs, slices of fresh bread, milk, coffee and toast. secluded location, it was in a sketchy area. an exceptionally friendly hotel in puerto vallarta.

We had a fab 4 nights stay. The rooms were authentic, bed was soft, breakfast was vegan! Got absolutely fabulous views. The staff was knowledgeable, exceptional service. Perfect location close to everything.

We loved it. Basic hotel with such huge rooms and EFFICIENT staff. There were boutiques and a market around the venue. Absolutely breathtaking view, a large balcony, really comfy bed, too. Pool in the hotel was lovely.

Hotel decor was nice, I loved beautiful location and service. Within walking distance of the magnificent beach. Plus it was in a cute area. Spacious bedrooms and excellent pool.

Ideal location, well maintained pool. Such excellent and pretty average room with a super comfy bed. The hotel offers simply delicious meal in the morning, really good food. Inclusive property in a local area of Puerto Vallarta.

Kaiser Maximilian is within short walking distance to the hotel. Room had a beautiful view.
